Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD) surveillance in farmed cervids

The ministry’s Foods of Plant Origin (FPO) program maintains contact information of external clients who are associated with the program.

This dataset contains the names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers of both regulated and non-regulated clients under Ontario Regulation 119/11 of the Food Safety and Quality Act, 2001.

Foods of plant origin are produce (fruits and vegetables), sprouts, culinary herbs, nuts, edible fungi, maple and honey products. The FPO Program within the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs provides food safety direction and advice to non-federally registered foods of plant origin food packers and processors.
